We have something to SAY.

SAY Campaign was launched in July 2008 to recognize and legitimize the fight against mental illness, in a South Asian cultural context, to change the associated stigma. SAY Campaign is offering people a forum to say their story, share their triumphs and losses, and provide easier access to early treatment, management and hopefully prevention for members of the South Asian community. Saying our Story, or talking about mental illness, will be the first step towards it becoming “real.”
